NOT FOR LOCAL PEOPLE..!!

Sunday should be time for getting a fresh and relax thing after full of work on the other days. Today I face an unpleasant things which finally ruin my weekend.
My friend from Jogja has already came since Saturday to visit Bali for his vacation. This is the first time for him visiting Bali. He actually want to prove what things can make it so famous. All people like to visit Bali. Yesterday I took him to Kuta to see Kuta beach, we also go to Discovery mall. We was walking around Kuta. In first day, there was not many place to saw. He need to take a rest after loong travel by bus. He decided to be in Kuta again the next day and will stay there about 3 days for hanging around.
Today he plan to rent for a motorbike for his transport during his stay in Kuta because Monday I will work so I can't bring him to Kuta. We looking around Ubud to look for motorbike rental. After going for a while finally we find one. I stop and I saw there is one bell to notice the owner that there is a customer coming for rent a motorbike. One people come from inside and asking,"What is your bussines?" I said,"I want to rent motorbike for about four days." " For who?" He said. " For him, my friend from Jogja need a motorbike to take him hanging around Kuta." "I am sorry, my bos said that we cannot rent for local people." "What..? What that is mean?" I said. Then I say to my friend, "Ok, we go to others."
We looking around again. In that time actually I have already had not good feeling about this but I still keep a positive thinking. Finally we find other one. We stop and looking for the owner. Then a peple coming from cross raod. I said" I want to rent a motorbike." " Where are you from?" he said. "I live here, my friend come visiting me and he need a motorbike." " We are not rent a motorbike for local people." " What the f**k..!!" " What is going on here..!" I leave him with an ager. " Ok, let's go, I said to my friend."
This is one thing I don't like from Bali. People here have no respect to their own people. They lick International tourist on their feet and not for domestic tourist. I want to give him money but they refused with unrational reason then I will pray for their success..!!
Some day I will buy lot of motorbike and I will put an announcement in a very big letter. "RENT ONLY FOR LOCAL PEOPLE..!!!"

Retire Young

"Is it possible to retire earlier than you thought, with more money than you imagined?" This is an interesting question to answer. For me, the answer is "Yes." I believe you want this in your life. This is possible for you to have this. All you have to do is doing the step I give you.
1. Recognize your finance condition. The first step must come from inside of you. You must look at the mirror and asking about your financial. "How is my financial condition right now?" "Do I have an income?" "Is my income is enough for my life expense?" You must start know this earlier before you go any further. Start calculating all income come from and all waiting list of your life expense. You usually use your salary only for paying all waiting list expense. Nothing left from the salary. Sometimes the worse things happen and you don't realize about it. You have plan first to use your money in the time before you get your salary. If you have realized about this, it will be a good start for you to go to the next step.
2. Revolutionize your thought about money. Your salary is not money to pay all your life and plan life expense. In this condition, you are working for the money. The money is the boss and you are only the employee. You must reverse this frame. Money must work for you because you are the boss. You make the rule so money cannot order you. This is a positive idea to make you more confident about your financial condition. All change and revolution in your financial must be start from now to get a moderate life and freedom in financial. This is not an easy thing to do. There are four things to keep in your mind to get this goal: - Consistent with your financial revolution process. Keep motivating yourself to change your life to be better because more prosperous your life, much more you can share to others. - Emphatic to yourself. Give yourself reward for good progress and punishment for any breaking rule you make. - Change your thought and affection with money by simplified your life, postpone your pleasure, not to be consumptive and not having a loan. - Change your money blue print. Never think negative about money. Never think money as encumbrance. Money can serve you as your servant.
3. Make plan and target for your retirement. After you pass your psychological process, now you are ready to have a plan for your future. For you who have steady salary, start managing your money. Cut all unnecessary need and start saving your money. For you who have a fluctuate salary, start keeping money when the time has come to get money. For you who do not have a salary, start getting money by finding a job or make your own business. Please keep in mind, not all business need a fund. Be creative, do not hang on money. Do not let money control you. I know that this will be a hard thing to do but you must do this first. After you accomplish your main needing for live, you must save the rest money. There is much more important thing to do with your money in future. There are some phases you will pass through based on your financial condition. - Protect Finance. A phase where you can cover your major minimum monthly expense like eat with your income. - Secure Finance. A phase where you can invest safely and the benefit can cover your major monthly expense without you work or not. - Vital Finance. A phase where you have many safe and health investment and the benefit can cover your Secure Finance extended secondary needs like children school, entertainment, etc without you work or not. - Independent Finance. A phase where you have many safe and health investment and the benefit can cover your all needed with your present life style without working. - Freedom Finance. A Phase where you have many safe and health investment. The benefit can be used to other healthy investment also cover all you need with the life style you want without working. In this phase, money working for you full time.
4. Find your own working system for your plan. When you start acting, you will finally find your own working financial system. Which one of the way is more effective? Which one between the choices is more profitable? How should I make other plan if one plan is not working? All the system will be created independently by process. You can make your system plan but as you start to act, the working system will be more clearly shaped.
5. Maintain your system and improve. After you find the working financial system to reach your goal, you must keep monitoring your system. You must watch the progress. Is it still on the correct road? It is important for you to always review your progress so you will certainly clear about your target.
6. Calculate your retirement time. I believe you can calculate at what time and what age you will retire and get unbelievable income for your whole life. In my opinion, there is nothing impossible for getting something you really want as long as you have a good dedication and respect to yourself.

Is God still relevant today..?

Human capability is limited
One day God decide to go to this world to make sure people believe that God is really exist in this universe. God exist as a human to make sure that people can see God. God exist as a beggar man and then he go to you and say, “I am God. I warn you not to ignore my existence in this world”. Will you believe if this really happened to you? I am sure the answer is “No”.
The only reason why God is still relevant until now is because God is mysterious. We cannot prove the really existence of God. Human capabilities are limited. Human cannot prove God using science or other method human has to prove this. People can only believe. God exist in many kind of existence in many kind of humankind. Every place who has different culture, different religion has their own way to explain something beyond them called “God”. The name itself is also different because there is perhaps thousand or million languages exist in this world.
Even though there are many theories to prove this, we cannot believe that each theory is valid 100%. We still have many questions to be answered. We still cannot answer the beginning of this world. We still cannot answer, “Why we exist in this world?”, “Is it true we really exist or not?” Human has limited capability to answer this question. Human has been searching the answer about this from the first human history until this time. All the answer is rely on God
I am a Catholic and I have learned about God from my religion, but I have mind and logic. I will not 100% believe with all dogma from my religion. I still have decision to take which one is good for me or not. In relation with this discussion, I really understand that I cannot see really through my eyes the really form of God. I cannot answer if God has a gender or not so I can create my own God. He can be my father or she can be my girl friend or others. People can still create this from now until future.
If one day finally God show the existence, this discussion will end. If God is human, we can take him or her to have a dinner and asking many question unanswered since the beginning of human history. After we know all, God will not relevant anymore. We have already known him or her and we will not searching anything more about God.
God and Evil
God also has a meaning because there is opposite thing “Evil”. Both are have same function. If Evil not exists then God will not exist also. As long as it is still an Evil in this world, God will still relevant. One side make other side has a meaning. If Evil vanish from this world and then God has no meaning anymore and God will not relevant anymore because God has no function in this world.

3GP is The Smallest Video Compression

The reason why a video has a small size is because it is compressed. Same like picture or audio. For picture we can change the resolution of the image and also the amount of the color and save it into compression format. Uncompress picture normally in raw format or tiff and the compression format is jpg or gif. For audio we can change the bit rate of the sound. Uncompress audio normally in wav format and the compression we usually know is mp3. How about video? Video combine this method. For compressing video we can compress the file size by compressing the visual and sound. Compressing the visual can be done by resizing the visual size and change the video frame rate. Compressing the audio can be done by changing the bit rate and if you want more less file size, you can cut the sound from stereo to mono.
Some compression video format normally has it combination to make the compression; all you have to do is customize them. Smaller video size effect the small file size.
When you asked me what is the smallest size video format? You can find the answer by using your logic thought. Where do you find the smallest video size and all people using it? On the phone!
The video format on your phone is 3GP. Based on Wiki 3GP is a simplified version of the MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) container format, designed to decrease storage and bandwidth requirements in order to accommodate mobile phones. It stores video streams as MPEG-4 Part 2 or H.263 or MPEG-4 Part 10 (AVC/H.264), and audio streams as AMR-NB, AMR-WB, AMR-WB+, AAC-LC or HE-AAC. A 3GP file is always big-endian, storing and transferring the most significant bytes first. It also contains descriptions of image sizes and bit rate. There are two different standards for this format:
3GPP (for GSM-based Phones, may have filename extension .3gp)
3GPP2 (for CDMA-based Phones, may have filename extension .3g2)
3 GP created to overcome the limitation of capability processing heavy duty task because phone is not like computer. It also created to overcome the appropriate video size for phone and the limitation of memory. With 3GP format people will able to use it to make a video call. Using 3GP format for video call will not need a great effort for your phone to do the process. I believe there are consequences if you want to get the small size of your video. The first one is the video quality and second is sound quality. But you cannot check this on your phone for detail video because the phone resolution is also limited. In my opinion if we view from phone, the video still looking good.
There are many small video like wmv, divx, ogg, asf, flv, mov and many more but for me the smallest video file you can find from 3GP.

Is Life or Death a Choice or Fate?

Do you believe that your life is an accumulation of a choice? I will make this clear. I truly know that you cannot decide to be born in this world or not. But let see behind this. Your parent make a decision to married and then they decide to have a child and then you born to this world. So from the first time your life in on your parent decision. If they choose to not having a children then I am sure you will not exist in this world reading my article.

In my opinion, life is like a road. I will make an analogy as an ant which is climbing on a tree.
At first the ant will walk trough the main log of tree but then more the ant walk, the ant will discover more small road. More and more walk to the top during the journey, the ant will discover a branch. In this position ant will make a decision which road to be choose. Every road has it's ergo. Every step of the the ant's journey come from the ant's decision. Maybe you, me or the ant it self doesn't know if the road will bring it to death but you know the cause, it is because of the ant decision.

Life and death is in your hand. You can choose to die now if you want. But you must know also that you are not independently have right to your life. Others also have right to your life. Your life is on other people choice. If i choose to kill you right now, your life is on my choice.

If then emerge a question, "How about disaster?" or "How do I know if i will die tomorrow?", " I am not plan or intend to die tomorrow". That is exactly what I mean from the first time that life is an accumulation of a choice. For example, there is a plane crash in somewhere and all people die. Do they have a choice to be live? My answer is "yes, they have a choice". It the time before they fly, they can still decide not to fly. But who knows that the plane will crash? You and me doesn't know about this. Let us see there are many different reasons a plane crash may occur:

* Piloting errors
* Faulty equipment
* Violations of FAA regulations
* Design or structural problems
* Flight service negligence
* Air traffic controller error
* Third party carrier selection negligence
* Maintenance or repair negligence
* Fueling error

Wiki says "Approximately 80 percent of all aviation accidents occur shortly before, after, or during takeoff or landing, and are often described as resulting from 'human error". What that is mean? This mean all connected in people choice. This is why I say that you are not the one who have an authority to your life. I will not talk more deep about this. Can you see the main idea that we live or dead in this world is because an accumulation of choice. Isn't this interesting?

VITA BREVIS

One day, Jostein Gaarder a famous Norwegian writer with his earlier book 'Sophie's World' came into Book Fair in Buenos Aires. He found an old manuscript put in a box. The manuscript was written in Latin language. He was very interested, surprised with the manuscript and having great enthusiasm to buy that manuscript after he knew that the manuscript was a personal letter which was was written by a girl named Florentina to Saint Agustine, one of the most influential person in Catholic Religion.
The manuscript was a Florentina confession as one person who was ever came into Aurel's (Florentina used to called to Agustine) life. Florentina was Agustine's girl Friend. They met in Rhetoric college. They lived together until they had a child named Adeodotus. Adeodotus means The Blessed Person. The manuscript was a Florentina's confession to Agustin. The Confession was actually Florentina's reaction of Agustin's book titled 'Confession'. The book was divided into several chapter which told about Agustin's life since he was young until he came into Catholic and became a great person who gave a big influence into Catholic thought. Florentina radically criticism Agustin's book because he was never thought that Florentina had an important role in Agustin's life. He was never write about Florentina explicitly in his book. The manuscript was actually Florentina's criticism about Catholic church thought which never positioning woman as same as man. Maybe the manuscript was a dangerous thing in that age.

This book is interesting in general. It can change my vision about the holly person in Catholic. Even though Aguistine is a Holly person in Catholic, he still a human who have love and desire to make love.

Farewell Party for Bertrand

This is the first time taking photo for all Asia Trading Center team. This happy moment occur because Bertrand, the training person in Asia Trading Center will go back to France on 21 March so he make non formal farewell party. I am lucky to get a boss who has a sense of humor like me. You can see the photo, he is laughing to see my pose. Yes I am never serious and humorous person.
I guess Bertrand will not get an interesting memory when he live at Bali because most of his time only spend at home and work. He don’t want to drive a motorcycle to go everywhere because of safety reason even though in fact he can drive a motorcycle. At the end of his season here he feel a little bit regret because he have no time anymore to go interesting places at Bali or even to buy some present for his parent or girlfriend. I have told him before from the first time he arrived here to go out and have a fun but he reject. Perhaps he is one of the worst management foreign friend I ever known. He never plan for anything and sometimes it will make some difficulties for other (you can write about my bad weekend). The one I thank to him is he introduce to me to footstar, one of the football online game. It give me a new entertaining thing during my boring work activity I am surprise that he is become the President of France Football Club But in good or bad thing he has, I really appreciate and glad to know him.
It is good to know you Bro and I hope as soon as you back France, you will soon get a good work for your life.

BAD WEEKEND

Today I feel really upset because Bento (French guy who doing work training at Asia Trading) wants me to take him at the airport because he wants to change the ticket for go back to France earlier in date. With his ticket now, his visa has already expired so he wants to trade the ticket.

First I come to office, I meet Michael and he say” Anto, please take Bento (Bertrand) to airport for exchange the ticket”. I said,” Ok boss no problem”.

Then I come to my office and say to him. “ So, when do you wants me to take you to airport”. He says,” Maybe we can go directly there after lunch”.

When we have lunch, it is start raining so I suggest waiting until it’s stop because Michael says that we can go home directly after our business in airport finished. I see he can’t stand to wait so we go.

There is a big hole in my raincoat so using raincoat is not impact for anything because my t-shirt and pants still got wet. After a long road, for almost two hour finally we get to airport. Then we are searching for Malaysia Airlines office.

Finally we find the office, but guess what, the office has already closed because it is Saturday. The office opens until 1.30 pm.

I am really upset because he didn’t call the office before we go. The next thing I suggest to wait until the rain stop. He seems not want to wait so he using my phone to call Michael, asking him to pick up at airport. I say, “ If Michael pick u up, I won’t go with you cause I can’t leave my motorcycle here...!”

Michael won’t pick him up as I thought. I say,” I need coffee.!! I am cold now”

We go to Starbuck. He can’t stay any longer because he wants me to find him a taxi.

I really get mad..!! What kind of person is he? He never says sorry because of his mistake I trapped in this miserable situation.

I haven’t finished my coffee and I have to find a taxi. Finally I find one and I write him a message to the taxi driver for guide to get back home.

I won’t take him to airport for next time because I have enough for him.

Do you want to be a professional football player?

Third is Adaptability-Adaptability will start to zero if you are new joining in team, later it will raise until 100% maybe for about three month or more depend on you.

Once your profile is finish created in system. The first time you have to do is start to train yourself. You can personally customize your training scheme to gain more skill needed for your profile. There is a lot of skill to be practiced like speed, tackling, heading, dribbling, game vision, etc.

There are two kinds of team, you can join. First is bot team- bot team is a computer team. It means that the other player in your teammate is not a human user or virtual computer profile. The second is human team- all player is a human user so you can interact with the other player.

I suggest you to join the bot team first to learn all things for this game. After you know all function, how all things work, you can resign or end the contract from your bot team and join in human team. You can make a new tread in forum, announce them to contact you if any team need player for “A/B” position based on the position you choose. Usually they will send you an email offering to join their team. Each team has a different salary so please read carefully before join in new team. Some team will pay your living cost and others not. How it will impact in my virtual life? I give you an example: Me, my name Usman Kussoy. I born in Bandung Indonesia and now I join in HöriPirates , a team from Germany (München). Because I join to my present team, I must move from Indonesia to Germany. If the team doesn’t pay my living cost, I will spend my money to pay a hotel room because I don’t have a house in Germany.

This is like a real live, all things created has a meaning. All about your life management. You manage your live to be a professional football player.
